I had missed no payments for 3-years. My car was impounded by JSO for 7 days. when i go get it Crescent had picked it up and now charging me 1500 to get it back. I had 400 for the impound but not 1500 CBT wanted. They picked my vehicle up it was not delinquent. and they would not work with me. It was 14 days before I got thru to customer service. The manager was on vacation and the person handling had left early and I never got a call back. Now my credit report is saying they repossessed my vehicle.

I paid 7 days prior to the actual due date of my loan through their online payment company Paymentus. After the 1st of the month I began getting calls from them stating that I had not made my monthly payment. I pulled my banking records to ensure that I completed the payment and money was taken out of my account by them. I argued with the person on the phone and after being transferred to a supervisor I was told that I didn't make my monthly payment, that I made an "extra" payment. When I told them no that it was my monthly payment I was asked why I made it a week before it was due and I told them I do not have to explain that to them. I was then told that they could not move the money from one payment to another and I had to speak to two other people and get it "approved" by someone before they fixed it. The following month it happened again and it took 3 complaints to the BBB and threatening to involved a lawyer to get the interest and late fees removed. I will never again pay my auto loan prior to the actual day it is due.

Re: Reporting Unauthorized Credit Inquiry To whom this may concern, I am writing to request the removal of unauthorized credit inquiry/inquiries on my (name of the credit bureau Experian credit report. My latest credit report shows one credit inquiry that I did not authorize. I writing to dispute the following inquiries and asking for their removal from my credit report. Please have this unapproved inquiry removed from my credit report within 30 days, as it is harming my ability to obtain new credit. The call constantly the at all times even when you tell them you are unable to speak with them. I paid off a car loan with them 4 weeks ago and still have not recieved the title. They told me that it "takes a while" to process the final payment even though it was processed the same day i made the final payment. Half the people that work there are extremely rude, the other half you cant understand because the heavy foriegn accent. I hope to a higher power i do not have to deal with this shady bank on my next auto loan.

Sick of calls

constantly calling my phone. will not stop. yell and tell them to stop calling. they ignore. they wake me up in the mornings with aggravating calls. I block but they call me from another number. reporting.

I couldnt handle the phone calls 7 minutes apart so i filled chapter 13 bankrupty havent heard from them since my loan never went down for about a year and the late change after one day past ur due date was so high it was like paying a second payment

cresent bank and trust should be charged with identity theft and conspiracy to commit felony fraud against the American People. As, they have without my girlfriend"s or my verbal and or written permission have dispursed our personal information to over 4 countries this is an act of identity theift and they stand accused of it now.. This is not acceptable. they have been saying im late on my payment since we got the elantra in may 15. they say that there is no grace period even though im told i have 10 days to pay before a late fee is added but, they add the late fees anyway in as much as $ 159.00 or more every month. my payments never go down interest keeps accumulating. I had a mod done which was supposed to reduce my payment and interest payment went down from 300 - 229 but interest didnt. oh ya they say they reduced it from 21.5 - 12% but they keep reporting 15% interest they are still charging me 21.5% interest for the term of the loan that they already calculated for the entire loan term when we first got it. Plus now they are charging me 12% on top of that. they never recalculated the loan at 12% only it has the previous rate amount attached to the loan. They are costantly reporting me late so my credit score never goes up it just keeps falling so i have no way to get it refinanced or traded. they are very disrespectful and when you give it back they hang up. I truly believe that a federal investigation into this company and their policies and procedures needs to be done so i will spare no effort or time making this happen. I have screenshots of my account with them as well as all my paperwork that i have recieved from them.

I just bought a car on 02/23/2019, and financed my auto loan with Crescent Bank and Trust. On March 1, 2019, I received a phone call, at work, asking me to provide personal information "to verify" what the car dealership has already verified and submitted. When, I questioned why I was being called, I was told by an unidentified caller to either provide the information or just return my car to the dealership. #1. A call, such as this, is not warranted. Send my payment book in the mail. #2. My initial experience would not make me recommend this bank or the dealership that uses them. #3 Another call will be deemed harassment, then I WILL return the call and ask for my $4000 down payment back.

First of all. I was leaving in the same place for 11 yrs. Yes I did get behind on my car payment and agreed for a one time dble payment from my checking acct. Without permission they did it again and my life has been down hill since then. In the mean time Ive been diagnosd with cancer..had to move and the only means of transportation is now back in their hands. Somehow .. Someway...I do hope this comes back on them 10 fold. *** ***
