| 1. Written by Bubbasouth on April 23, 2012 from cincinnati, ohio, US I bought a truck about 3 years ago and financed thru Capital One. I've been making payments to them without any issues but I get calls from Crescent Bank & Trust claiming they hold the note to my truck. Anyone else having this problem? |

As if you couldn't see, each person had no problem acknowledging they owed, but for one apparent situation from being hospitalized,to job loss, to delayed paychecks etc. were unable to fill their obligation at the time. However, noone said they were 5 months or more behind, and therefore when you call and talk to someone and let them know in advance you will be late, 4,5,6 phone calls *** yeah is "harassment." Sara2000 did you see them getting better results after calling several times or sending the repo people out? Not at all point of it all have a dam heart,it's called life and sometimes you are hit with uncertainty. So you just keep on living and with that nonchalant attitude you will learn about disappointments sooner rather than later cause they happen when you least expect them to good day ***! |
| 3. Written by Sara2000 on February 23, 2012 from lafayette, louisiana, US A lot of you guys don't sound to swift either..can't spell to great...j/s. One thing you guys don't know is these people calling y'all to pay your note(the thing you agreed to pay when YOU signed the contract) these people are called collectors. These people are doing there jobs and they work off commission,so yes, if you want to call it harassment...then so be it, but again remember who signed the contract??? One more thing....there is something called the FDCA. If anyone feels that they are being treated unfair in any way, shape, or form feel free to contact them. They will always let you know what rights any customer or debtor may have. |
